Frequently asked questions
Before we begin.
Can Prenavate respond to government and private-sector procurement requests?
Yes. Send the terms of reference, closing date and required supplier documentation for review. Prenavate (Pty) Ltd is listed in the company profile as a CSD-registered, Level 1 B-BBEE supplier. Eligibility, current supporting records and assignment capacity are confirmed against each request.
What does your outsourcing support cover?
Outsourcing strategy, provider evaluation, transition design, service levels and vendor performance governance. Any managed delivery responsibility, personnel provision or specialist service is defined in the statement of work and confirmed before contracting.
Do you work with SMEs and large corporates?
Yes. The engagement is sized to the business problem, available evidence, decision makers and delivery environment. A focused SME project and a multi-stakeholder enterprise programme require different scopes and governance arrangements.
How do you measure progress?
We agree a baseline, relevant KPIs and evidence sources with the sponsor. Measures may include procurement cycle time, supplier service levels, milestone completion, process quality or adoption. Targets are agreed for the mandate; results depend on execution, client inputs and operating conditions.
Can you support on-site and cross-border assignments?
Virtual and on-site delivery are agreed by scope, location and availability. South African and UAE entities support regional contracting. Travel, specialist providers and any local assignment requirements are confirmed in the commercial proposal.
